WHAT'S THE MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE?

We've successfully facilitated experiences for groups up to 150 attendees. For larger events, we scale strategically: adding certified therapy dog handlers, rotating therapy dogs to protect their wellbeing, and increasing our facilitation team to maintain the quality and impact of the experience.

We customize the logistics to fit your group size while preserving the neurobiological reset that makes these experiences transformational.

HOW IS THE EXPERIENCE CUSTOMIZED TO OUR SPECIFIC NEEDS?

Customization is the foundation of what we do. We begin with a discovery conversation where we ask three key questions:

  1. What do you want your people to walk away with? (reduced stress, renewed confidence, stronger team alignment, sense of belonging, etc.)
  2. What's your biggest organizational challenge right now? (burnout, misalignment between departments, disconnection, lack of psychological safety, etc.)

Your answers directly inform Victoria's design. We customize the speaking topic to your organizational values, select art experiences that activate the specific mindset shift you need, determine the depth of therapy dog integration, and establish how we'll measure impact.

WHAT'S THE TIME COMMITMENT FOR THE EXPERIENCE?

We offer flexible duration options:

1.5-2 Hour Experience — Ideal for teams with limited time or those exploring our approach

Half-Day Experience — Perfect for moderate customization and impact

Full-Day Experience — Allows for deeper work and extended engagement

Important note on therapy dogs: Therapy dog participation is capped at approximately 2 hours per session to protect their emotional and physical health. We strategically design the experience, whether 1.5 hours, half-day, or full-day, so the most impactful moments occur during their presence.

For transformational depth: Once annually, we facilitate a 5-day Leadership and Reset Retreat in Belize on private islands and inland jungle settings.

This immersive experience combines customized speaking, creative expression on the beach, wildlife connection with jaguars and others animals plus strategic presence for week-long culture and personal transformation.

WHERE DO YOU HOLD THE EXPERIENCE?

We travel anywhere in the continental United States or Belize to facilitate your experience. Whether you prefer an on-site event at your office, a dedicated venue, or an off-site retreat setting, we handle all logistics and setup.

We've successfully facilitated experiences in corporate offices, hotels, conference centers and even private islands.

WHAT'S THE COST STRUCTURE?

A: We offer two pathways:

Free Consultation — Have general questions about our approach? One of our team members is happy to chat with you at no cost.

Strategic Design Consultation — $2,500 — Ready to explore a custom experience for your organization? This 1-2 hour consultation includes discovery of your specific needs, custom experience design recommendation, and a transparent proposal for your full event.

Full Experience — Starting at $12,500 — This includes everything: strategic speaking customized to your organization, guided creative expression, therapy dog integration (Biscuit & Honey + trained handlers), all materials and post-event measurement.

Your $2,500 consultation fee applies as a credit toward the full experience investment.
